The Clover Brush Mat is designed specifically for punch applique. It allows for appliqueing onto fabrics without the use of a needle and thread. By laying the desired fabric on top of the brush mat and using simple plastic molds filled with roving you can easily applique onto the fabric with your felting needles or the Clover Needle Felting Pen. The applique will be firmly secured in place by the manipulation of the sharp felting needles. The Brush Mat allows for smooth punching with little resistance from the fabric allowing the fleece fibres to mesh well with the fabric. A great gift for the design obsessed.
